As an Organization, You Want to Set Up Your Talent to Thrive.

I’m Tanya, Leadership and Culture Coach.

I’m here to help you create workplaces of well-being, so you can retain and nurture the people you’ve invested in.

You know that in today’s workplace, employees have higher expectations than in the past. And you’re 100% on board with that.

You’ve spent time, money, and resources recruiting and training talent for your organization. You’re invested in giving them a place to share their gifts and strengths at your organization.

You know that a culture of well-being at work promotes:

√ Millions of dollars saved in employee loyalty and retention.

√ A deeper employee commitment to their part in client satisfaction.

√ A culture of engagement that enhances the quality of service delivered to clients.

Smooth transitions between roles, as people grow with the organization.

Creativity, innovation, and the kind of synergy and collaboration that make your organization thrive.

It’s more than just engaging your people. It’s about energizing and enabling them for success.

Highly engaged employees are more than five times as likely to go out of their way to help the company succeed.

Let’s talk about how to make that happen for you.

“Tanya was able to navigate extremely charged political situations working with senior-level clients . . . She was always overly prepared for meetings, delivered high-quality products, and genuinely cared about the development of team members. She is a strong leader.”

~Jennifer, Executive Leader and Change Advocate

You’ve brought in professional development and skills training, but you’re still finding that employees are burning out. They’re not following through on the professional development initiatives. They might not always act in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the company. Innovation suffers when a company and its people are in a conflict of values.

Sometimes, there’s simply a disconnect between the high value a company places on well-being within the workplace, and the actual implementation of that culture.

I know you don’t want to see your talent bring their skill set to another company.

You want to promote and encourage creativity, brilliance, and spaces of belonging—and not just because it’s a box you “have” to check in today’s culture.

After 17+ years in corporate settings, I know first-hand how challenging it can be to meet employee needs.

You care, and you want to be proactive.

That’s where I come in.

As a Leadership and Culture Coach, I help make the sustained shifts in culture that will create a more fulfilling and joyful workplace for your employees.

“I have had the pleasure to work with Tanya in multiple situations, and was always impressed with her people focus, drive to deliver value for her clients, and high-quality work. She is a great mentor and leader, with a keen sense of how best to coach each individual team member based on their unique needs.”

~Cara, Executive Leader

Make-It-or-Break-It Career Moments

Here’s where coaching comes in—the moments that add up to an engaged workforce.

Promotion/Role Change: As talented employees grow and are given the opportunity for their skills to have greater impact, are they set up for success? Do they feel supported? Do they feel you are championing their growth?

Onboarding: Are they given the tools, mentorship, skills training, and feedback they need to succeed in the first 90 days? Do they experience the company as walking the talk of their mission and vision?

Performance Review: Are performance reviews a company opportunity for encouraging and nurturing employees, or are they dreaded, demoralizing events that simply highlight the gaps in performance?

Job Description: Is the employee doing what they were hired to do, or has job description drift caused them to be in a role they aren’t as good at? Are their job description tasks aligned to their strengths?

Encounters with Leadership: Are employee encounters with leadership positive, inspiring, motivating, and loyalty-building? Has Leadership been introduced to the most current practices in creating cultures of engagement?

Conversations and Conflict Resolution: Are there opportunities for meaningful conversations with Leadership? Is there a culture of safe space to have difficult conversations and open dialogues?

"Remember this: employee engagement is a foundational component to workplace outcomes. If you want to talk about wellbeing, manager development, performance (and more), you also have to talk about employee engagement."

WHY COACHING, AND WHY NOW?

For starters, 70% of team engagement is driven by managers.

The companies that are leading the way with their employee engagement programs are giving their leadership the tools to coach, advocate, motivate, and inspire their teams.
Training and professional development as we’ve known them just aren’t enough to give leaders and employees the skills they need to build and sustain engagement.

Welcome to Leadership and Culture Coaching: An Action-Oriented Approach.

Facilitated Coaching Workshops and 1:1 Leadership Coaching Engagements that create sustained results in the culture of your organization.

I’m not going to come in and tell anyone how to do things (although I can put on my consultant hat to partner with you in my areas of specialty).

A top-down model just creates more of what you’re trying to eliminate—resistance, burnout, disengagement. It’s an antiquated approach. Instead, coaching mirrors the perspective of today’s employees. They see themselves as partners in their company’s mission.

I help uncover the root causes of burn-out, low morale and turnover, and help your company create sustainable, long-lasting culture changes.

“I highly recommend Tanya as a life and leadership coach; she possesses the ability to sift through all the layers, reaching the core, whereby you can discover the answers that lay within.”

~Stephanie, Program Director, Project Management

How can I work with your organization to create culture changes that are a win-win for everyone?

I work 1:1 with your people by coaching them to overcome obstacles to being fully engaged and contributing participants in their workplace.
